Bacon and Broccoli Salad

Close window to return to site or click Here.Ingredients: 1-2 bunches broccoli 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup raisins 6-8 strips bacon or turkey bacon Dressing: 1 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup vinegar 1/4 cup sugar Cook bacon until crispy and set aside. Cut up broccoli flowerettes into bite-sized pieces, leaving just a little stem. Cut up enough for about 4 cups of flowerettes. Add raisins, onions, dressing and toss salad. Refrigerate salad for 2-3 hours or overnight. Crumble bacon into bits and add just before serving.
