Broccoli Hazelnut Feta Salad

This broccoli hazelnut feta salad is a real crowd pleaser. You may want to double up on the ingredients because it will get eaten up fast!

If you like you can always add some other vegetables such as bell peppers, olives, cucumbers etc. If you don't want to make the dressing just use your favorite bottled one.

Ingredients:

1-2 bunches broccoli
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup sliced celery
3/4 cup hazelnuts
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Dressing:

3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup vinegar
2-4 tbsp.sugar

Cut up broccoli flowerettes into bite-sized pieces, leaving just a little stem. Cut up enough for about 4 cups of flowerettes.

Mix with the other ingredients, add dressing and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Toss salad again before serving.
