Broccoli Salad With Raisin Recipe

This easy broccoli salad with raisin recipe is made with a few basic ingredients.

Add any other raw vegetables, fruit, or nuts to make your own unique salad.

Mayonnaise can be replaced with yogurt or mixed 50/50. You might want to try your favorite flavored yogurt as well.

Ingredients:

4 cups broccoli flowerettes
1/2 cup red onion-minced
1-2 celery-chopped
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup raisins

Dressing:

1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar

Chop broccoli flowerettes, onion, celery and put into salad bowl.

Add sunflower seeds, raisins and dressing, and toss salad.

Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
