Broccoli Walnut Salad

You can add more vegatables if desired, or substitute the ones shown with something else. The walnuts and raisins can be substituted with any other fruits and nuts you may have. The bacon can be substituted with turkey bacon, bacon-bits, or omitted altogether. Ingredients: 4 cups broccoli flowerettes 1/2 cup red onion 1-2 stalks celery 1/2 cup raisins 1 cup chopped walnuts 6-8 slices bacon
Dressing 1 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup vinegar 1/4 cup sugar Cook bacon until crispy, crumble and set aside. Chop broccoli,onion and celery and put in salad bowl. Add raisins,walnuts and dressing and toss salad. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Add crumbled bacon just before serving.
