Crab Salad Sandwich

Close window to return to site or click Here.Ingredients: 1 can (120g) crab meat-drain water out 1/4 cup bell pepper-sliced and chopped 2 green onions-chopped 1 clove garlic-grated 1 radish-grated 1/4 cup chopped celery 1 tsp. capers-chopped lettuce, greens or spinach Dressing: 3 tbsp. cream cheese 1 tsp. lemon or lime juice 1 tsp. chili paste(hot) 1 pinch paprika 1 pinch coriander In a small bowl fold cream cheese into lemon juice until smooth. Add chili paste, spices, and all other vegetables except lettuce. Mix well and add pepper if desired. You shouldn't need any salt if using capers. Make sure the mix isn't too runny before adding crab. If it is add more cream cheese. Drain the crab meat well of water before adding. If it's too runny it will not sit well in your sandwich. Garnish bread with lettuce, add crab salad mix and serve. Optional Ingredients: Here are a few ingredients which could be added to this salad if the above ones aren't totally to your liking: Olives Purple onion Avocado Chopped pickles or relish Cucumber Carrot-shredded
