Ingredients:

2 lb. red potatoes(about 6 med.size)
2 green onions-chopped
1 cup frozen peas
1 celery stick-thin sliced

Dressing-1: Creamy

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup yogurt or sour cream
1 garlic clove-minced
2 tbsp. dill weed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp salt

Dressing-2:Oil/Vin

1/2 cup salad oil
1/4 cup cider or wine vinegar
2 tbsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp salt

Drain water and let cool. Chop onions and celery and add to large bowl with cooled potatoes and peas.

Mix dressing (#1 or #2) in small bowl and pour over potatoes. Toss, cover and chill salad.
