English Pea Salad Recipe
This english pea salad recipe is easy to make and can be made in the time it takes to boil and cool a couple of eggs. The recipe below is for about 3-4 servings, so double or triple the measurements if you want to fill a larger salad bowl. Ingredients: 1 can peas 2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped celery 2-3 sweet pickles, chopped 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tsp. mustard
Mix all ingredients together and cool in refrigerator for at least one hour. Makes 3-4 servings.
