Shrimp and Broccoli Salad

Canned shrimp will work also, as will frozen. Make sure to cook raw shrimp well and know it is safe for consumption. Ingredients: 1-2 bunches broccoli 1 cup shrimp 2 chopped green onions 1/2 cup chopped celery 1 chopped bell pepper
Dressing: 1 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup sugar 1 tsp. dill
Cut up broccoli flowerettes into bite-sized pieces, leaving just a little stem. Cut up enough for about 4 cups of flowerettes. Add all other ingredients and dressing. Toss salad and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
