Spicy Italian Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

6 oz. tri color pasta
6 oz. hot pepporoni, cubed
1 small can sliced olives
1 roma tomato, sliced and diced
1 can whole or sliced mushrooms
6 oz. mozzarella cheese
2 sliced hot pickled peppers
Parmesan cheese

Dressing:

1/4 to 1/3 cup olive oil
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
salt to taste

Boil pasta about 6-9 minutes until tender. Drain, rinse and let cool.

When pasta is cool, add all other ingredients and gently mix. Add salt, pepper and parmesan cheese to taste.
